Braven Thomas

My name is Coach Thomas, and this is my 5th year teaching. I have taught science and social studies in my 5 years.Currently, I teach 8th grade social studies In addition, I coach football and basketball at the middle school. Outside of school, I love to do fitness. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist and am working towards a nutritionist certificate as well. In addition, I still raise cattle back in Oklahoma, but soon they will be fellow Texans. I am always willing to answer any questions about lifting or cattle than anyone may have. Lastly, there is only ONE Oklahoma! Boomer Sooner!
